Default Can I Use a Pre-paid Gift Card?

Pre-paid gift cards are great for making online purchases or for giving as gifts to friends. So are cards generated by the paypal plugin service. However they are NOT ever to be used as a method of payment for an offer from a freebie site.

The reason is simple enough, 99% of the offers you are signing up for are subscription based. How could you continue with the subscription using a card with a limited amount of money on it? The use of a pre-paid card is considered fraud against the offer you have chosen since you obviously do not and never did intend on continuing with the service. So if you use one, you freebie account will go "red" (be banned).

We do not tolerate the use of these types of cards since they cause damage to the freebie industry that we rely on. Please keep this in mind when you decide on how you want to do your offers.

Prepaid cards are absolutely not allowed to be used when doing offers easiest way to get your account put on hold and banned from freebie networks. No reloadable debit cards either same thing, only bank issued debit and credit cards are to ever be used when doing offers.

this is the 2nd time I see this, I have been using my paypal debit card since I started back in April and never had any problems at all, the card is linked to my actual bank account so I dont see what the problem can be? I have the blockbuster and gamefly offers and they both take out their money every month and if I dont have the funds in my paypal they take it off my bank acct. I can understand using those virtual paypal cards can be a problem because you can put a limit on them, but in the debit card is just like my debit card from my bank.

This can vary from site to site, some are okay with it others are not, so its best to just stay away. The Paypal card makes it very easy for people to move money around very quickly, which can be taken advantage of...

Yea I understand that part, but even if my paypal acct is in $0 and lets say gamefly comes for the $20 for that month, the money, since my paypal is $0 the money will come out from my bank acct.

Right, thats because you are an honest trader and have the money there to back it up. Just remember some people are not so honest.
