Most sites are now requiring that you have a Verified Paypal account. What does it mean to have your Paypal Account Verified? This means that it is attached to a credit card or bank account. If you attach it to a bank account, it can take 2-3 days. If you attach it to a credit card, it is almost instant.
In order to verify your account, log in at usual. 1. On the My Account tab, you will see your Status at the top. 2. Click on Unverified next to Status. 3. Enter either Credit Card or Bank Account Information. 4. If you enter Bank Account information, you will have to wait 2-3 days for them to put 2 small deposits into your account. Then you will go back into Paypal and enter these amounts to verify it. It is really pretty simple! Then you are all set. If you have gone red because you were not verified, just enter a support ticket with the site and let them know you are now verified and your hold will be released. |

This is very important to do because many traders wont even work with you unless you are paypal verified, and most freebie sites will not allow you to sign up or will put your account on hold if you are not verified.

good advice I did mine a while back for the same reason people and businesses are a bit cagey with you until you have verified beside your account easy enough to do and opens up access to all sites.
