Yeah, the best methods are probably the ones Trick already said. If you have a site or a myspace account with decent traffic, then that should be effective. If you just have a little site though, it probably wont get you anywhere.

Paying to complete offers is probably the most effective way if you have a bit of money. Just determine how much you will have to pay each person to still be getting a decent deal on the item and go for it.

Another method you could try is just putting links in your sigs at forums. It probably wouldnt be very effective, but theres always the chance you could get lucky.

Trying getting your friends or relatives involved.
I've gotten alot of signups from them, but only a few of them went green.

Paying people usually gets you your referrals the fastest or atleast that is what I have experienced. You can also check the Sig.

Go to people you know and tell them, have them do an instant offer and then pay them the charges. 4 or 5 referalls will only be around 20 dollars.
