Git-r-free has a few (and most of their regular sites have some offers that don't require credit cards) and there's a no credit card site for as a freebie. But, many of the forums don't let you use the trade manager for these (so no TR or credit for the trade). Also these sites are often hard to do. If at all possible you might want to check out offers and find an offer to sign up for a credit card, then you'd have a card and the ability to many more sites. Many of the no credit card required sites are really hard to complete because of a limited offer selection.
