Default Mod Edits

I was wondering with seeing some threads being mod edited if there's a way to not erase the entire website, but just erase the referral link. I ask because it sucks when there's an entire paragraph about a website with no link. Even if the referral link is linked under a site name, is there a way to just erase that, then retype the basic site link?

It is the burden of the poster to provide a non-referral link. If they fail to do so the link gets deleted. Sorry. There are some posts where we leave the name in, but remove the link, and others where it all has to be removed. We at least leave the thread open so you guys can reply or pm the poster, and give them a chance to fix it when appropriate.

yeah but some of the stuff sounds interesting, and then when at the end you're looking for the site...it's just nothing there.

Just reply to the thread ask for the information to be sent to you, and remind them to post the proper links in the thread.
