[Innovus Net]

I know that many of you may already be aware of some changes in the industry. We have seen many subtle changes, but there are going to be more that we are not quite ready to annouce at this time, but you will be pleasantly surprised. Due to upcoming events and anticipation of them we have chosen to position ourselves and our members to benefit the most.

We have formed a parent company, titled Innovus Net Management. We have purchased Prize Fast from Leslie and Chris (as they go on to new endeavors in their lives) and this is effective immediately. As many of you know, we currently own Innovus Net and are part owners in Referral Riot. Many have asked what the merger means with Referral Riot as related to them. Basically, Referral Riot the IFW, is owned by myself. Jean will continue ownership in Riot Click, but all questions in relation to the IFWs will go to me. We will be launching our own GPT very soon called WooHoo Ca$h!

We will in the next few days be consolidating all the IFWs on one server. This means there will be down time for both Referal Riot and Prize Fast. But, keep in mind that as we have grown, this also enables us to offer all of you more in the way of promotions and although we already are the top 3 networks with the best offer weights, we anticipate that we will rise even higher in that regard. When we purchased Innovus Net back in October, we had approximately 3000 members, so does Prize Fast and Referral Riot. But, Innovus Net's growth has exploded and we are about to hit 10,000 members. We get a great deal of traffic off of the Internet that is not forum specific. In July, we will reward the member who brings us that referral that is member 10,000 with a special prize, so be sure to check our promotions during that month also.

Since having more sites means more work, we have decided to hire more help as well. We haved at hired Jim, Realwood70 to our newest position! Please give him a big welcome here! He will specifically work the forums and keep all of you updated. You will see him posting and you will be able to contact them him PM, AIM or email with all your concerns regarding the 3 networks. Until they are on board though, you can reach Bonnie (Sheeba411) who will be working support as she has for Innovus Net and other networks, Deb (TexasTornado Deb) or myself.
