Once confirmed they are the scum of the earth then they get added here.

Exactly. In addition to that there are some vets on this forum who are on other forums and would spot a familiar name in seconds. This can be very helpful to some of the newer folks who are just starting out and are unaware of the evil folks lurking in the shadows.
